2. General Information

OlyVIA is a free image viewer software that can read the data captured using the VS200/VS120 scanners and cellSens™ software. Images saved in VSI or TIFF file format can be read. This software opens files with read/write access so that simple image processing tasks (e.g., save image in a different file format or crop image) can be completed.

2.1 System requirements

Operating system:
Microsoft Windows 10, 64-bit
Microsoft Windows 11, 64-bit
OS other than the above are not supported.

CPU:
Intel Pentium 4:  
2 GHz or larger (recommended)
1.3 GHz (minimum)

Memory:
1024 MB or larger (recommended)
512 MB (minimum)

Available space on hard disk:
750 MB

Display monitor:
1280 × 1024 pixel resolution with 32-bit true colors

Input devices:
2-button mouse (scroll wheel recommended)
Keyboard

Note: Windows Automatic Updates and any virus protection program must be disabled.
 

3. Installation Procedure

3.1. Before installation

This software comes with an "END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT". Prior to downloading the software, please read the END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. By downloading the software, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT.

3.2. Procedure to download files

Select the file you want to download from the right side of the page.
Download file name: OLY-VIA-31689.zip (302.5 MB).

3.3. Installation procedure

Download the file, then double-click the downloaded file to unzip it. Double-click the Setup.exe file in the unzipped file. Then start the installer. After reading the END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, follow the instructions on the screen.
 

4. Uninstall Procedure

Select “Add or Remove Programs” in the Control Panel, then select OlyVIA.
