Cooled CCD Image Sensor for Excellent Sensitivity The sensitive 11 mm (2/3 in.) monochrome CCD image sensor provides a maximum resolution of 1376 × 1032 pixels with 14-bit dynamic range and 15 frames per second (fps) at full resolution. Large 6.45 µm pitch sensor with 10 °C (50 °F) cooling (at 25 ˚C (77 °F) ambient temperature) delivers excellent resolution and sensitivity Up to 160-second exposure time Three binning modes—2 × 2, 4 × 4, and 8 × 8—for higher sensitivity and a faster frame rate so that you can focus quickly, reducing phototoxicity

Designed for Fluorescence

The system automatically switches between binning mode for live streaming and high-resolution mode for image acquisition to reduce photobleaching while optimizing the setting parameters.

Four XM10 Digital Microscope Camera Models

Four options are available based on your application:

XM10 basic for standard fluorescence imaging
XM10 IR-extended model for imaging with the entire range of fluorescent dyes, including those emitting in the near-IR region, such as CY5 and CY7
XM10-T model for precise image capture using an external trigger input—ideal for integration into real-time acquisition systems such as IXplore microscopes and cellSens image analysis software
XM10-TIR advanced model, which combines all the above features

The XM10 and XM10-IR are not for clinical diagnostic use.
