Les miroirs de fluorescence UIS2 d’Olympus sont optimisés afin de tirer pleinement avantage du fluorophore et transmettre la lumière de manière uniforme et ultra efficace. L’efficacité du filtre permet d’utiliser une lumière d’excitation de plus faible intensité et, ce faisant, de réduire au minimum le photoblanchiment et l’altération de l’échantillon. |
