The upright frame allows end users to craft an optimal system for the experiments they are performing, e.g. in addition to multiphoton imaging, perform synchronization of laser light stimulation and patch clamp signals. Based on the principles of multiphoton excitation imaging, this frame allows bright, high-resolution observation of areas deep within cells and tissues without damaging the specimen.

The optional transmitted fluorescence light detector expands your system's capabilities in multiphoton imaging. The dedicated high NA condenser detects transmitted fluorescence as well as transmitted second-harmonic generation (SHG) signals.
