The FLUOVIEW FV1200 can be equipped with a 4th confocal channel detector unit. This filter-based fluorescence detection unit attaches either to the filter or spectral type scanning unit and is used as an additional confocal channel for fluorescence detection. The combination of high-performance multialkali PMT selection and advanced coatings on all the mirrors ensures the high detection efficiency and clear observation even with weak fluorescence emissions.

High-performance mirrors with a special coating have been introduced to all emission filters and dichromatic mirror units, achieving sharper transitions that were not possible with the conventional vacuum deposition method.
This unit is fully compatible with the FLUOVIEW FV1000 and FV1000MPE systems.
