Overview
Our microscope frames enable equipment designers to save substantial engineering and development costs by integrating the frames into their product instead of designing their own optical system. We supply upright and inverted frames and stereo microscopes for applications such as visible and near-infrared microscopy, spectroscopy, semiconductor inspection, digital pathology, and automated cell morphology. |
Upright Reflected and Transmitted Light FramesOur modular upright microscope frames enable application-specific configurations. The frames employ Köhler illumination to provide even light distribution across the lens’ back focal plane for precise image formation. The infinity space above the illuminator provides room for optical assemblies and laser inputs. Two upright microscope series are available. |
BX3M SeriesDesigned for reflected light applications, this series can incorporate reflected light brightfield, darkfield, DIC, and polarized imaging. | BX3 SeriesThe BX3 series is designed for transmitted light and fluorescence imaging. |
Inverted Reflected and Transmitted Light FramesThe IX3 series of inverted microscope frames for reflected and transmitted light observation has an open deck design that makes it easy to integrate intermediate attachments, custom optical assemblies, and lasers. |

Stereo Microscopes |
SZ51/SZ61SZ51/SZ61 stereo microscopes offer 45- or 60-degree eyepiece inclination, so you can choose the version that best suits the mounting position. A trinocular version is available to integrate a digital camera. All SZ51/SZ61 stereo microscope bodies and main accessories discharge static electricity from 1000 V down to 100 V in less than 0.2 seconds, helping protect your equipment and samples from damage. We also offer a wide selection of bonder and prober arms to mount equipment. | SZX16The SZX16 microscope incorporates Galilean optics—the industry standard for advanced stereomicroscopy. The microscope’s optical system offers an exceptionally high zoom range and increased focal depth, contributing to high quality during macro observation at low magnification and microstructural observation at high magnification. Observation through parallel light paths and digital imaging combined with ease of use helps you realize the full potential of stereomicroscopy. |
