Overview
The FVMPE-RS multiphoton laser scanning microscope is ideal for multi-dimensional and multi-area time-lapse imaging. This is thanks to the multi-area time-lapse software module, which controls the motorized XY stage and allows the system to efficiently capture large amounts of data during a single experiment. Mosaic imaging with a high-magnification objective can be fully automated to streamline image stitching and to efficiently produce a large scale high-resolution sample view. |
Multi-area Time-lapseThe motorized XY stage enables repeated image acquisition from multiple points scattered across a wide area. The software efficiently images the changes over time of cells in several different areas, allowing the effortless capture of large amounts of data during a single experiment. |
3D Mosaic Imaging and StitchingExpanding the field of view, mosaic imaging is possible using a motorized stage combined with a high-magnification objective to acquire continuous 3D (XYZ) images from adjacent fields of view. A composite image is then precisely assembled using proprietary software. The entire process from image acquisition to tiling is fully automated, and composite images are efficiently prepared using the stitching function. Tiled images can be enlarged in sections without any loss in resolution. |
